Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days. All orders are fully tracked and secured.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Priority Shipping

Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days. All orders are fully tracked and secured.
Priority shipping speeds are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery service.

Import Charges

Good news! None of our deliveries are subject to import duties or hidden fees, no matter where you live.

How Long Does Order  Processing Take?

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received.

Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam folder. Still can’t find it? Email us at info@retro-loox.com.

Delivery

Most packages are delivered by your local postal service. This means your order will likely arrive with your regular daily mail.

If you’re not home, the courier may leave a notice card with instructions.
Deliveries may require pickup at your nearest postal office depending on your local service.

Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Where can I Find my Tracking Number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number.

If you have not received a tracking number or if the tracking number is not working, don't worry! Contact us at info@retro-loox.com, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

You Entered Wrong Address when Ordering - What Now?

Make sure your address is correctly entered at checkout. Address entry errors may result in non-delivery of your order.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address. If you need to make corrections, contact us immediately after placing the order, before it is shipped.

Retro-Loox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

You can inquire about the delivery with the courier service, and we will provide you with delivery details, including the delivery date, tracking number, and courier information.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributed to the customer (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, recipient absence) or if the customer refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to Retro Loox at the customer's expense.

These costs include return shipping and any additional fees incurred due to the package.

These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Items Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the item:

  • First, check with neighbours, building managers, or your local post office
  • If you still cannot locate the package, email us at info@retro-loox.com and we’ll do our best to investigate

⚠️ Please note: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the courier.

Any claims for lost or missing packages after delivery must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Maximum Delivery Time

The maximum estimated delivery time is 30 days.

If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard time. External factors such as customs processing, holidays, or extreme weather conditions can cause delays beyond our control.

While we aim to deliver within the timeframes above, delays may occur due to:

  • International customs clearance
  • High seasonal demand (e.g., holidays)
  • Local postal service disruptions

If your package is delayed, contact us at info@retro-loox.com — we will help resolve the situation.

However, such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation.
